Accommodations:

We have reserved a block of rooms at two different locations. Space is limited at each, and it is extremely difficult to get a hotel room in Boston during the fall months. Please reserve early to guarantee rates and availability.

Hotel @ MIT (Hilton)
$229 per night plus tax

Location and Transportation:
20 Sidney St., Cambridge, MA
Click here for directions and a map. The hotel is approximately 1.25 miles from the conference site, and one "T" stop away. The "T" is walking distance from the hotel.

$99 per night plus tax

Location and Transportation:
1234 Soldiers Field Rd., Boston, MA
Click here for directions and a map. The hotel is just across the river approximately 1.5 miles from the conference site. The 86 and 66 buses run from the corner of North Harvard St. and Western Ave. (less than a half mile from the hotel) to just across the street from the conference site.
